• Standard Shipping is used for all orders
• We will endeavour to process and ship all orders with 48 hours of purchase when items are in stock (for purchases made on weekends and public holidays - orders will be processed the next business day) 
• Shipping/delivery times vary depending on location.
• All orders are shipped from Minnamurra, NSW, Australia. 
• Please ensure your mailing address is entered correctly upon checkout so we can get your purchase straight to you as quick as we can the first time round. Returned to sender items coming back to us due to an incorrect address may result with a re-shipping fee being applied and we'd hate for that to happen. 
• Shipping delays domestically and internationally that are outside our control can sometimes occur. E.G. Christmas time/pandemics. Thank you for understanding.

We care about upholding good customer service to you, our customers. We have a refund policy to try ensure we use the most ethical and fair business practices. We would also like to make sure our customers understand our refund / return policy in advance of any shopping to help ensure we meet your expectations. Cancellation and Change of mind: In the event that you receive the products or services you have purchased, as stated, but that you simply change your mind, we may, at our discretion, offer you a refund or exchange, provided that:

• You notify us within 21 days of receipt.

The following conditions are satisfied:

• Product has not been used
• Product has not been damaged
• Product must be returned by post at the buyers expense with the original receipt

Products Damaged During Delivery (we hope this never happens but if it does) : 

• In the event that the product you ordered has been damaged during delivery:
• (a) Please contact us as soon as possible
• (b) Any damaged product must be returned in the condition in which it was received, together with any packaging and other items which you received with the damaged product.
• We will arrange to repair or collect the damaged product and replace it with an equivalent product, or to refund it, provided that you have contacted us within the following time from the date of receipt of the product: 7 days.
